We recommend completing your full payment well in advance of your travel dates to avoid any issues or availability constraints.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your trip, 25% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

Cancel between 15 to 30 days, and 50% will be charged.
If you cancel within 15 days of travel, the full amount will be non-refundable.
Note : if something unexpected happens like bad weather, strikes, or government restrictions and we have to cancel a part of the trip, we’ll try to give you an alternative. But we won’t be able to offer a cash refund in those cases.

• 1. High Altitude Awareness: Ladakh is located at elevations above 10,000 feet (Leh is around 11,500 feet). Acclimatization is essential—rest for the first 24–48 hours to avoid altitude sickness.
• 2. Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol or strenuous activity during the initial days.
• 3. Pack Warm layered clothing, even in summer, as temperatures fluctuate widely. Sunscreen, sunglasses, lip balm, and moisturizers to combat dry, sunny weather. Basic medicines for altitude sickness, cold, motion sickness, and a small first-aid kit. Power banks and extra batteries—electricity may not be reliable in remote areas. Reusable water bottles and eco-friendly toiletries.
• 4. Only postpaid connections (JIO, Airtel, BSNL) work in the region. Prepaid SIMs do not function.
• 5. Accommodation Options range from simple guesthouses to boutique hotels and camps. Facilities may be basic outside of Leh—prepare for limited hot water or shared bathrooms. Advance bookings are recommended during the tourist season (June to September).
• 6. Inner Line Permits are required for visiting areas like Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, and Tso Moriri. These can be obtained online or through a travel agent.
• 7. Carry enough cash. ATMs are few and often crowded in high-altitude areas.
