Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to South Goa Hotel

On arrival at Goa's airport or Madgaon railway station, your driver will be waiting to take you on a private transfer to your South Goa hotel. Check in, settle into your room, and spend the rest of the day entirely at leisure — this is a good afternoon to get your bearings, take a walk on the nearest beach, or simply unwind after travel. Day 2: South Goa Sightseeing (Full Day)

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel before heading out on a full day of guided South Goa sightseeing. The route typically covers:

• Any entry tickets, activities, meals, or personal expenses not specifically listed in the inclusions (including the spice garden visit and sunset cruise mentioned on Day 2) are payable directly by the traveller.

Booking Terms & Policies

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel more than 30 days before travel: 25% of the total cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
• Cancel between 15 and 30 days before travel: 50% of the total cost is charged.
• Cancel within 15 days of travel: the full amount is non-refundable.
• If part of the trip has to be cancelled due to unforeseen events (bad weather, strikes, government restrictions), Vacationum will try to offer an alternative, but a cash refund cannot be guaranteed in these cases.

Date Change Policy

• Requested after 7 days of booking but more than 30 days before travel: 25% rescheduling charge applies.
• Requested within 30 days of travel: 100% of the cost is charged.
• If you booked within 30 days of your travel date, no date changes are permitted.

Refund Policy

• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 10–15 working days and credited to your Vacationum wallet as Vcash — not back to your original payment method.

Payment Policy

• If booking at least 3 months before departure, you can choose to pay in parts.
• 100% of the total tour cost must be paid 30 days before the date of travel.

Confirmation Policy

1. You'll receive an email confirmation after your initial payment.
2. Your booking is fully confirmed only once 100% payment is received.
3. On full payment, you'll receive your official booking voucher — covering your itinerary, hotel vouchers, and activity confirmations.

• Getting there: South Goa is served by both Goa's older airport at Dabolim and the newer Manohar International Airport at Mopa; Madgaon (Margao) is the main railway station for South Goa and well-connected to most major Indian cities.
• Best time to visit: November to February is peak season — pleasant temperatures, low humidity, and calm seas. March to May gets hot and humid. The monsoon (June to September) brings heavy rain and rough seas, which can limit beach time, though it's also when Goa is at its greenest and quietest.
• Dress code for religious sites: Churches and temples on the Day 2 route generally expect shoulders and knees covered — carrying a light stole or scarf is a simple fix if you're in beachwear for the rest of the day.
