Your booking is fully confirmed only after 100% payment is completed.
As soon as we receive your full payment, we’ll send you your official booking voucher—this includes your Trip itinerary, Hotel Vouchers and Activity confirmations.
The Contact information for on-ground support will be shared before 24-48 Hours of your departure.
We recommend completing your full payment well in advance of your travel dates to avoid any issues or availability constraints.
If you don’t see your confirmation email or booking voucher in your inbox within a few hours, please check your spam/junk folder. If nothing there then reach out to us at help@vacationum.com or dial +91-9871190075 and we’ll sort it out right away.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your trip, 25% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
Cancel between 15 to 30 days, and 50% will be charged.
If you cancel within 15 days of travel, the full amount will be non-refundable.
Note : if something unexpected happens like bad weather, strikes, or government restrictions and we have to cancel a part of the trip, we’ll try to give you an alternative. But we won’t be able to offer a cash refund in those cases.
