Yeah, it's a quiet place. If you’re tired of crowd and noise, Tirthan Valley tour package is nice. River, trees, and fresh air, feels good.
Most tour packages for Tirthan Valley have stay, meals, transfers, and sightseeing. Some also include village walk or trout fishing.
March to June is really pretty. Green everywhere. Even Oct-Nov is nice. Avoid peak winter unless you like too much cold.
You can take a bus till Aut. From there, cabs go to Tirthan. In some packages, pickup from Delhi or Chandigarh is also there so check the package inclusions before booking.
You can relax by river, do a short trek, visit Jalori Pass or just enjoy homestay food. Some people come for trout fishing too.
